In-Store Return Policy
At FUCSIA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not, we offer in-store returns and exchanges as outlined below. Please note that all returns are eligible for store credit only; we do not offer refunds to the original payment method.
Swimwear
- Eligible Returns: Swimwear may be returned within 14 days of purchase if unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and hygienic liners intact.
- Ineligible Returns: Swimwear missing tags or hygienic liners, or showing signs of wear, cannot be returned.
- Exchange Policy: Exchanges for a different size or style is permitted, subject to availability.
Clothing
- Return Window: Clothing may be returned within 14 days of purchase if unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
- Condition: Returned items should be in their original condition without signs of wear or alteration.
Jewelry
- Eligible Returns: Jewelry (excluding earrings) can be returned within 14 days if unused, in original condition, with all tags and packaging.
- Custom and personalized jewelry items are final sale.
- Earrings: For hygiene reasons, all earrings are final sale.
- Defects: If there is a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 3 days of purchase.
Accessories
- Return Window: Accessories may be returned within 14 days if unused and in original packaging.
- Exceptions: Certain items like hats or hairpieces may be non-returnable due to hygiene considerations.
Shoes
- Return Eligibility: Shoes can be returned within 14 days if unworn, unscuffed, and in their original box or packaging.
- Condition: Returned shoes must be in resaleable condition.
Home Fragance
- All candles and diffusers are final sale.
Skincare, Haircare, and Beauty Products
- Final Sale: Skincare, haircare, and beauty products are final sale due to hygiene and safety regulations.
- Defects: If a product arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 3 days.

- Proof of Purchase: All returns require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Store Credit Only: Returns are eligible for store credit only, no refunds will be provided.
